Powder Coating: A Key Ingredient In Longevity

Powder Coating: A Key Ingredient In Longevity

Our sign stands, tabletop stands, banner stands, and easels all enjoy greater longevity due to their powder coated finishes. In fact, powder coated finishes are one of the main differences between our stands and others on the market. Understanding the process will help you choose the sign stands right for you.

Powder coating is a dry finishing technique. The finishing powder is electrically charged and sprayed onto the metal. The electrostatic charged powder adheres to the metal easily, even in hard to reach places. Additionally It is non-toxic and less flammable than wet spray finishes.

The stand is then baked in a curing oven. The result is a smooth, even enamel resistant to scratches, fading, and corrosion. Its durability makes it ideal for high traffic areas and its low maintenance makes it perfect for busy business owners.

Finally, in adherence to our commitment to a green policy, unused powder can be used again, eliminating the environmental waste associated with other finishing processes.

We currently offer powder coated finishes in both matte black and satin silver. As always. the choice is yours. We believe they both are beautiful!
